A Day in Nature Celebration honors Black History Month with meditation, a community drum circle, and a performance by the First A.M.E. Church youth choir. The afternoon also includes animal presentations, Basquiat-inspired art activities, plant-based food, and more than 20 Black-owned and nature-centered vendors.

There's even an American Red Cross blood drive starting at 8 a.m. for those looking to give back in a sharper and more physical way.
