Getty 25 Celebrates Long Beach

Community Arts Resources partnered with the Long Beach Creative Coalition (Studio 1:11, Intertrend, and Creative Class Collective) to produce the third Getty 25 Community Festival.

Long Beach is Southern California's most ethnically diverse city, containing over 50 distinct neighborhoods and half a million residents. The festival took place under the hundred-year-old palm trees in Houghton Park right next to Jordan High School and in the middle of residential housing. The festival featured local live music, dance performances, marching bands, interactive workshops, live artmaking, skate demonstrations, food trucks, and an artisan marketplace.
